We’re all experienced engineer. Many have PhDs f in IT and Electronic or architect or Electrial areas from top schools. Most importantly, we have proven track records.

All of us are very strong certified in several areas

Most of us are more than 35 years of experience in ICT market with multi-national skills.

How does the process work ?

Every situation is unique. However, some fairly common steps include the following:

Initial discussion to understand your basic needs.
Review your existing materials (ICT and Industrial infrastructure review etc..
Follow-up discussion to clarify details and agree upon the scope and fees for the project.
Several in-depth discussions to better understand the details, develop strategies, and agree on all major elements of the ICT migration plan and model.
Conduct assessment proposal if the initial data is missing or poor to understand the scope of the project.
Conduct additional proposal with assessment, as needed.
Draft a High Level Design Presentation and review it with you to ensure that all parties agree on the vision.
Draft the Executive Summary and review it with you to ensure that we all agree on the next level.
Prepare a draft outline of the project plan for your review.
Begin filling in the details on the draft. Obtain and incorporate your feedback.
Prepare a Low Level Design if needed and incorporate your migration plan into the in-depth structured infrastructure model, and explain how it works so that you can take “ownership” of the final project.
Finalize all deliverables and LLD Documentation with Graphical Map, if needed
Finalize all deliverables and LLD Documentation with AS-IS and AS_BUILT with Graphical Map, if needed
Finalize all physical and logical installation, deliver, configuration with IP Address Plan if needed
Coach you on the best way to deliver the final presentation and on how to address questions.
Provide ongoing support and operation, including making minor updates to the deliverables with additional charge.

Depending on how we structure the project, you should expect to spend anywhere from 30-120 days on the process over the course of a typical engagement.
